I believe that the power of touch can relax and heal the body, mind & spirit. I believe that simply by sincerely connecting with people you can change a life.  I believe that our bodies possess an intuitive healing factor, and seek a natural rhythm of balance.  I believe each of us is capable of harnessing our intuitive healing factor to create a more balanced, healthy and happy, body, mind & spirit.  I believe breath is one of the most powerfully healing actions we can make.  I believe how we choose to move through our lives and interact with others defines more than our character and I believe the choices we make reach farther out into the world than even we realize. I believe that family always comes first, and not all family is connected by blood.  I believe energy precedes matter, thought precedes action, and intention precedes outcome.  Most strongly, I believe in the power of belief.
